Flowers, Laurel, MD
Each time I see flowers, it occurs to me that I really love to take pictures of them. Today I ran across a cactus at a Laurel coffee shop and Lowe’s in Laurel. I used my 50mm lens with macro extension tubes.

High Tea, Peacock Alley, Willard Intercontinental Hotel, Washington, DC
On the Saturday before Mother’s Day, my sister-in-law’s sister arranged for us all to go to High Tea at Peacock Alley at the Willard Hotel. It was lovely. The food was delicious. The company was great. Below are some pictures of the event and the venue.
