The Handlebar Cafe, Baltimore, MD

I had the opportunity to visit the Handlebar Cafe in Fells Point a few days ago for lunch. I loved its eclectic atmosphere. I had the bean burrito and it, the salsa and chips were delicious. If you are on a special diet, they should be able to accommodate your gluten free, vegan, and vegetarian needs.The description from their website explains who they are:

In the Backyard, Laurel, MD

A Trip Around the Chesapeake Bay: Chestertown and Chesapeake City, MD

On the Fourth of July we took a trip around the Chesapeake Bay. Specifically, we went to Chestertown and Chesapeake City, MD. It was a lovely trip with beautiful views at each stop. The route that we took is listed in the map below.

Shapes, Alexandria, VA

During my recent visit to Alexandria I decided to look for shapes and lines to photograph. There were many and a few photos are below.

The Metro, Washington, DC

The Metro, other wise known as Metrorail, is located in Washington, DC, Virginia, and Maryland. I recently took a trip to Alexandria and captured a few photos on the way. There are many shapes in the stations and this post mostly focuses on the shapes. My destination was the King Street station in Alexandria.

The Waning Crescent Moon, Laurel, MD

The moon this morning was very prominent. Of course I needed to take a picture of it. I obtained the phase of the moon from Moongiant.
